Civil Litigation and Family Law.

Civil Litigation - Attorneys Bill Eiland and Brad Murray focus their practice on Civil Litigation.  The types of cases they handle include:

Family Law - Michael Sherman practices exclusively in the area of family law.  He primarily focuses his practice on helping his clients reduce the pain and expense associated with divorce.  Additionally, he handles the following types of family law cases: custody, child support, visitation, grandparents’ rights, pre-nuptials, paternity, and adoptions.  

In order to educate and inform his client’s and the public, Michael maintains the Alabama Divorce Law Resource Center.  Available there are articles on the divorce process, Alabama laws related to domestic relations, and articles, alerts, and guides on the substantive issues facing those that are going through or have gone through divorce.  Additionally, links are provided to other sites that provide divorce information and education.  You are invited to visit the Divorce Law Resource Center often, as the site will be regularly updated and new materials added.
